- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Mix until sauce is thick and creamy.

- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use full-fat dairy and freshly grated cheese for the best creamy texture.Don’t overcook the shrimp—remove them as soon as they’re pink.If the sauce becomes too thick, add a splash of pasta water or cream to loosen it.For added flavor, sauté mushrooms or onions before cooking the shrimp.Store leftovers with a bit of milk or cream to help reheat the sauce smoothly.
