Description

An adrenal cocktail is a refreshing, mineral-rich drink made with citrus juice, coconut water, and electrolytes to naturally support adrenal health, hydration, and energy levels without caffeine.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice (or grapefruit juice)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • Optional: 1 scoop collagen powder, 1/4 tsp magnesium powder, splash of lemon or lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a glass, combine orange juice and coconut water.
  2. Stir in sea salt and cream of tartar until dissolved.
  3. Taste and adjust flavors—add more citrus for tang or more coconut water for balance.
  4. Serve immediately over ice.

Notes
