Description
An adrenal cocktail is a refreshing, mineral-rich drink made with citrus juice, coconut water, and electrolytes to naturally support adrenal health, hydration, and energy levels without caffeine.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice (or grapefruit juice)
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- Optional: 1 scoop collagen powder, 1/4 tsp magnesium powder, splash of lemon or lime juice
Instructions
- In a glass, combine orange juice and coconut water.
- Stir in sea salt and cream of tartar until dissolved.
- Taste and adjust flavors—add more citrus for tang or more coconut water for balance.
- Serve immediately over ice.
