Description

Air Fryer Cauliflower Bites are a quick, crispy, and flavorful snack or side dish. Coated in simple seasonings and cooked in the air fryer, they deliver a golden crunch without excess oil, making them a healthier alternative to fried appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss again to coat.
  4. Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  5. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and tender.
  6. If using Parmesan, sprinkle over cauliflower during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
