Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (68 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/4 tsp chili powder, or 1 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub each chicken breast with olive oil, then season both sides evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
