Description

Air Fryer Lemon Chicken Bites are juicy, zesty, and crispy on the outside—perfect for a quick dinner, snack, or party appetizer. Made with simple ingredients and cooked in the air fryer, this dish offers bold flavor in every bite with a healthy twist.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15–30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the marinated chicken bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice, if desired.
  7. Serve immediately.
