Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15–30 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated chicken bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice, if desired.
