Description

Air Fryer Shrimp is a fast, flavorful, and healthy dish with a crispy exterior and juicy interior. Ready in minutes, it’s perfect as an appetizer, main course, or protein topping for salads and bowls.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined (tail-on or tail-off)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper, Italian seasoning, or Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
  4. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
