Description

Apple Fritters are warm, crispy treats made with tender apple chunks, a lightly spiced batter, and fried to golden perfection. Finished with a sweet glaze or powdered sugar, they’re perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a cozy snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples (Granny Smith or similar), peeled, cored, and chopped

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

For the Glaze (Optional):

  • Pinch of salt
