Ingredients

  • Raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • Stone-ground grits
  • Water or chicken broth
  • Milk or cream
  • Butter
  • Cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Garlic (minced)

  • Bell pepper (optional)
  • Lemon juice
  • Paprika
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt

Instructions
