Ingredients
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese (about 8 oz), cold from the fridge
- 2–3 tbsp honey or fig jam
- 2 tbsp chopped toasted pecans or other nuts (optional)
- 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
- Crackers, sliced baguette, or fruit for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the cold Brie wheel on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 8–15 minutes, or until the center is soft and gooey.
- Transfer to a serving dish using a spatula.
- Drizzle with honey or spread fig jam on top.
- Sprinkle with toasted nuts and herbs, if using.
- Serve warm with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh fruit.
