Description

Banana cream pie bites are mini, no-bake treats with creamy banana pudding filling, fresh bananas, and whipped cream on a graham cracker or cookie base. Perfect for parties, potlucks, or anytime you want a quick, portion-sized dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1215 mini graham cracker crusts or vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1 box instant banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping or homemade whipped cream
  • 2 fresh bananas, sliced
  • Crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare banana pudding according to package instructions with cold milk. Chill until slightly thickened.
  2. Arrange mini graham cracker crusts (or vanilla wafers) on a tray.
  3. Spoon pudding into each crust, filling about 2/3 full.
  4. Add a slice of banana on top of the pudding.
  5. Pipe or spoon whipped cream over the top.
  6. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs for garnish.
  7. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
