- For Big Mac Sauce:

- 2 tablespoons mustard

- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Pinch of garlic powder
- Pinch of onion powder
Instructions
- Prepare the Big Mac sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, pickle relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and set aside.
- Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat, then season with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and set aside.
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). If using store-bought dough, roll it out to your desired size.
- Assemble the pizza: Place the pizza dough on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread a thin layer of Big Mac sauce on the crust. Top with the cooked beef and sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over it.
- Bake the pizza: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Add the toppings: Once baked, add sliced pickles, shredded lettuce, and diced onions (optional). Drizzle with more Big Mac sauce and serve immediately.
