Description

Braunschweiger Dip is a rich, creamy, and savory dip that transforms Braunschweiger (liverwurst) into a spreadable treat. Combined with cream cheese, mayonnaise, and seasonings, it’s the perfect appetizer or snack for gatherings.


Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Braunschweiger, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Use a fork or hand mixer to blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Season: Taste the dip and adjust with salt, pepper, or more smoked paprika or mustard if needed.
  3. Chill: Cover and refrigerate the dip for 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up.
