Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars
- 2 cups chocolate chips or melting chocolate (semi-sweet or milk)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening (optional, to thin chocolate)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until dough-like consistency forms.
- Fold in crushed Butterfinger candy until evenly distributed.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill balls in the refrigerator or freezer for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Add coconut oil if needed for thinning.
- Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Place coated balls back on parchment paper and refrigerate until chocolate sets.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.
