Description

Caramel Apple Cider Jungle Juice is a festive, fall-inspired cocktail that combines the sweet flavors of apple cider and caramel with a splash of spice. Perfect for parties or cozy gatherings, this drink is both indulgent and refreshing with a mix of spirits and mixers.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups apple cider (preferably fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons caramel syrup
  • 1/2 cup spiced rum
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon schnapps (optional for extra spice)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup club soda
  • 1 tablespoon caramel syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 12 cinnamon sticks (for garnish)
  • Apple slices and orange slices (for garnish)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the apple cider, caramel syrup, spiced rum, cinnamon schnapps (if using), and lemon juice. Stir to combine well.
  2. If desired, add additional caramel syrup for a sweeter drink and stir until dissolved.
  3. Just before serving, pour in the club soda for bubbles, adjusting the amount to your preferred level of fizz.
  4. Fill the pitcher or punch bowl with ice and garnish with cinnamon sticks, apple slices, and orange slices for extra flavor and visual appeal.
  5. Stir the punch to ensure flavors are well-mixed, then serve in glasses filled with ice. Enjoy!

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, and increase the amount of apple cider and club soda for extra flavor and fizz. For a spicier punch, increase the amount of cinnamon schnapps or add a dash of ground cinnamon and nutmeg. For a twist, try using pear cider, pomegranate juice, or other fruit juices instead of apple cider.Frozen fruit can also be used in place of ice to chill the drink without diluting it.
