Description

Cheesy Baked Tiger Shrimp features tender, juicy shrimp baked in a creamy garlic sauce and topped with melted mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, making it a rich and flavorful seafood dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound tiger shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Arrange the peeled and deveined tiger shrimp in a single layer in the prepared dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Drizzle the mixture evenly over the shrimp.
  4. Pour the heavy cream around the shrimp in the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. For a golden top, broil for an additional 1–2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
