Ingredients
- 1 pound tiger shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Arrange the peeled and deveined tiger shrimp in a single layer in the prepared dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Drizzle the mixture evenly over the shrimp.
- Pour the heavy cream around the shrimp in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the top.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- For a golden top, broil for an additional 1–2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
