- Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats and cocoa powder until evenly combined.
- In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, warm peanut butter, maple syrup (or honey), and coconut oil until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly to coat.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, pressing lightly for clusters.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crisp.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- Stir in chocolate chips, nuts, and seeds after cooling.
- Break into clusters and serve.
Notes
