Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana

- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
- Add the frozen banana, milk, protein powder, peanut butter, cocoa powder (or chocolate chips), and Greek yogurt to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
