Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder or 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for thickness)

Instructions
