Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, grated carrots, and chopped cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
