Ingredients

Instructions
- Peel the oranges and grapefruit, removing as much of the white pith as possible.
- Slice the citrus into rounds or segments and place them in a large bowl.
- Add the pomegranate seeds and gently toss to combine.
- Drizzle with lime or lemon juice if using for added brightness.
- Chill for 10–15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves just before serving.
