Ingredients
- 6 oz (170g) semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 3 large eggs, separated
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Melt the chocolate gently over a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
