Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

For toppings (optional):

Instructions

  • Prepare the oats: In a mason jar or container, combine rolled oats, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, and maple syrup (if using). Stir until well combined.

  • Add flavor: Sprinkle in ground cinnamon if desired and mix thoroughly.

  • Chill overnight: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, allowing the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.

  • Serve: In the morning, stir the oats. If you prefer a creamier consistency, add more coconut milk or milk of your choice. Top with coconut flakes, sliced bananas, toasted coconut, and crushed graham crackers.
