Description

Cookies and Cream Cookies are soft, chewy cookies packed with crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and creamy white chocolate chips. They offer the perfect balance of sweet, rich, and slightly crunchy textures in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 18 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), roughly crushed
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and white chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are golden and centers are just set.
  9. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Use a mix of crushed and chunkier cookie pieces for best texture.Chilling the dough for 1 hour before baking can help create thicker cookies.Cookies can be frozen after baking or as dough balls before baking.Try dark, milk, or semi-sweet chocolate chips instead of white for variation.Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days at room temperature.
