Ingredients
- 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional mix-ins: 1/2 cup fruit, chocolate chips, peanut butter, crushed cookies, nuts, or 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, sweetener, and vanilla extract to a blender or food processor.
- Blend for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Add mix-ins of your choice and pulse briefly or stir in by hand.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
- Freeze for 2–4 hours, or until firm but scoopable.
- If frozen solid, let sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving.
