Description

Cranberry Bliss Bars are rich, chewy dessert bars filled with white chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and warm spices. Topped with creamy vanilla frosting and a white chocolate drizzle, they’re a festive favorite that tastes just like the coffee shop version—only better.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp orange zest (optional)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • For the frosting:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp orange zest (optional)
  • For the topping:
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and orange zest.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  7. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until golden around the edges and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Do not overbake.
  9. Cool bars completely in the pan.
  10. For the frosting, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and orange zest and beat until creamy.
  11. Spread frosting evenly over the cooled bars.
  12. Sprinkle with chopped dried cranberries and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
  13. Chill for 30 minutes before slicing into squares or triangles and serving.

Notes
