Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 leeks (white and light green parts), cleaned and sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions
