Description

Creamy Tuna Pasta Salad is a protein-packed, comforting dish made with tender pasta, flaky tuna, crisp vegetables, and a smooth, flavorful dressing, perfect for potlucks, meal prep, or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked pasta (rotini, shells, or elbow macaroni)
  • 2 cans (5 ounces each) tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup sweet peas (fresh or thawed frozen)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add the drained tuna to the bowl and gently break it apart with a fork.
