Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, mozzarella, or Gruyère)

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil (for greasing the baking dish)

Instructions
