Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 celery stalk, finely diced

  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt, to taste

  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Combine Chicken & Pickles:
    In a large mixing bowl, add shredded or diced chicken and chopped dill pickles.

  • Add Crunch & Herbs:
    Stir in diced celery and fresh dill.

  • Prepare Dressing:
    In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, pickle juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

  • Mix Together:
    Pour dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until evenly coated.

  • Adjust Flavor:
    Taste and add more pickle juice, salt, or pepper if needed.

  • Chill:
