Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast

  • 1 cup dill pickles, diced

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice (from the jar of pickles)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional)

  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and diced dill pickles.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
