Description

Dubai Chocolate Strawberries are a luxurious take on a classic dessert—fresh strawberries dipped in rich chocolate and decorated with elegant toppings like crushed pistachios, shredded coconut, and edible gold. Perfect for special occasions, gifts, or indulgent treats.


Ingredients

  • 12 fresh strawberries, washed and completely dried
  • 1 cup high-quality dark, milk, or semi-sweet chocolate (chopped or chips)
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate (for drizzle, optional)
  • 2 tbsp crushed pistachios
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • Edible gold leaf or gold dust (optional)
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil or coconut oil (optional, for smoother melted chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Line a tray with parchment paper. Ensure strawberries are completely dry.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Add oil if needed for a glossy finish.
  3. Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  4. Immediately sprinkle with toppings like pistachios or coconut, or leave plain to decorate later.
  5. Place dipped strawberries on the prepared tray.
  6. For drizzle, melt white chocolate and use a spoon or piping bag to add thin lines across the coated strawberries.
