Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Scrub the potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry.
- Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle generously with salt.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between each for even cooking.
- Cook at 400°F for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
