Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Rub chicken with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Grill or cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove and let rest.
- In a bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir and let sit 5-10 minutes.
- Spoon bruschetta mixture over cooked chicken breasts.
