Description

These Easy Garlic Knots are soft, fluffy bread knots brushed with rich garlic butter and topped with fresh herbs and parmesan. Made with simple pizza dough and baked until golden, they deliver restaurant-style flavor in just minutes. Perfect as a side for pasta, soups, or salads, these homemade garlic knots are quick, delicious, and ideal for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Roll the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into 1-inch wide strips.

  • Tie each strip into a loose knot and place on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.

  • While baking, melt the butter in a small pan over low heat.

  • Add minced garlic and olive oil and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  • Remove the knots from the oven and immediately brush with the garlic butter mixture.

  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley, salt, and parmesan cheese if using.

  • Serve warm.
