Ingredients
- 250g crab meat, cooked and picked over for shells
- 200g cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream or mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream or mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Fold in crab meat, green onions, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and dust with paprika.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
