Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies (for crust)
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 8 Oreo cookies, chopped (for filling)
  • Additional whipped topping and crushed Oreos for garnish

  1. Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the Oreo crumbs with melted butter until fully combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping and chopped Oreo cookies until evenly mixed.
  6. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  8. Before serving, garnish with additional whipped topping and crushed Oreos.
