A fun and refreshing twist on classic sangria, this Easy Sparkling Sangria is made with crisp white wine, fresh fruit, and bubbly sparkling water for a light, fruity, and effervescent drink perfect for any festive occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 bottle white wine (dry, such as Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (like Triple Sec or Cointreau)
- 2 tbsp honey or simple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda (for fizz)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- Fresh mint (for garnish)
- Ice (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher or bowl, add the orange slices, lemon slices, diced apple, and sliced strawberries.
- Pour the white wine, orange liqueur, and honey (or simple syrup) over the fruit. Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours (or overnight) to allow the fruit to infuse the wine and flavors to meld.
- Right before serving, pour the sparkling water or club soda into the sangria. Stir gently to combine.
- Fill glasses with ice (optional) and pour the sangria over. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color.
