Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 1 cup artichoke hearts (chopped)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese or monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- (Optional) extra cream cheese for added richness
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- If using frozen spinach, ensure it is fully thawed and well-drained.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chopped artichokes and spinach, mixing well.
- Fold in mozzarella, parmesan, and cheddar or monterey jack cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
