Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts (chopped)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese or monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • If using frozen spinach, ensure it is fully thawed and well-drained.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
