Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated or frozen ravioli (cheese, meat, or spinach-filled)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- For serving: warm marinara sauce
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- Set up a dredging station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each ravioli into flour, then egg wash, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Fry ravioli in batches for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
