Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

- Popsicle sticks or skewers
Instructions
- Peel bananas and cut each in half crosswise.
- Insert a popsicle stick or skewer into each banana half.
- Place bananas on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave (in 30-second intervals) or over a double boiler until smooth.
- Dip frozen bananas into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
- Quickly add desired toppings before the chocolate sets.
- Return bananas to the baking sheet and freeze until chocolate is firm, about 15 minutes.
- Serve directly from the freezer.
