Ingredients
- 4 cups seedless grapes (red, green, or mixed)
- 2 cups white wine, rosé, or red wine
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (optional, for coating)
Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry the grapes thoroughly.
- Place grapes in a large bowl or container.
- Pour wine over the grapes until they are fully submerged.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for a stronger flavor.
- Drain the grapes, reserving the wine if desired for drinking.
- If using sugar, roll the drained grapes in it for a frosted look and extra sweetness.
- Arrange grapes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze until firm, about 2–3 hours.
- Serve immediately from the freezer.
