Frozen Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Bites are creamy, protein-packed frozen snacks made with Greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, and optional sweeteners and mix-ins. They’re a refreshing, healthy treat perfect for snacking, meal prep, or guilt-free dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate (optional)
- 2 tbsp crushed granola or chopped nuts (optional, for topping)
- Silicone mini muffin molds or ice cube tray
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and sweetener (if using). Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips or other mix-ins if desired.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into silicone mini muffin molds or an ice cube tray.
- Sprinkle each bite with granola, nuts, or extra chocolate chips if desired.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours or until completely firm.
- Remove bites from molds and transfer to an airtight container or freezer-safe bag.
- Store in the freezer and enjoy directly from frozen.
