Description

Frozen Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Bites are creamy, protein-packed frozen snacks made with Greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, and optional sweeteners and mix-ins. They’re a refreshing, healthy treat perfect for snacking, meal prep, or guilt-free dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate (optional)
  • 2 tbsp crushed granola or chopped nuts (optional, for topping)
  • Silicone mini muffin molds or ice cube tray

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and sweetener (if using). Mix until smooth and well blended.
  2. Fold in mini chocolate chips or other mix-ins if desired.
  3. Spoon the mixture evenly into silicone mini muffin molds or an ice cube tray.
  4. Sprinkle each bite with granola, nuts, or extra chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Freeze for 2–3 hours or until completely firm.
  6. Remove bites from molds and transfer to an airtight container or freezer-safe bag.
  7. Store in the freezer and enjoy directly from frozen.

Notes
