Description

Frozen S’mores are a no-bake dessert featuring layers of marshmallow cream, chocolate pudding, and graham crackers. Cool, creamy, and indulgent, they’re the perfect summer treat made with minimal effort and no campfire required.


Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow fluff or creme
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)
  • Optional: mini chocolate chips or melted chocolate for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Arrange a layer of graham crackers to cover the bottom.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add marshmallow fluff and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  5. Spread the marshmallow mixture evenly over the graham crackers in the dish.
  6. Spread the chocolate pudding on top of the marshmallow layer.
  7. Add a final layer of graham crackers, pressing lightly into the pudding.
  8. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
