Ingredients
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow fluff or creme
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)
- Optional: mini chocolate chips or melted chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Arrange a layer of graham crackers to cover the bottom.
- In a bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add marshmallow fluff and mix until well combined.
- Fold in whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Spread the marshmallow mixture evenly over the graham crackers in the dish.
- Spread the chocolate pudding on top of the marshmallow layer.
- Add a final layer of graham crackers, pressing lightly into the pudding.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares using a sharp knife. Optional: drizzle with melted chocolate or top with mini chocolate chips before serving.
