Ingredients
- 1 batch sugar cookie dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat until fluffy.
- Spread cream cheese frosting on each cooled cookie.
- Top with assorted fresh fruit, arranging decoratively.
- Serve immediately or chill for up to an hour before serving.
