Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) Funfetti cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 23 tablespoons extra sprinkles (optional, for topping or mixing in)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Funfetti cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract (if using). Mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Fold in extra sprinkles if desired.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and roll into balls. Place 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are set but centers are still soft.
  6. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
