Ingredients
- 1 box (15.25 oz) Funfetti cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine Funfetti cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract (if using). Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in extra sprinkles if desired.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and roll into balls. Place 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are set but centers are still soft.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
