Description

Garlic Butter Chicken Tenders are juicy, golden, and packed with rich garlic flavor. Cooked quickly in a skillet with a luscious garlic butter sauce, they’re a perfect weeknight dinner served with your favorite sides.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders (or chicken breasts cut into strips)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (optional for serving)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken tenders with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken tenders and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the skillet.
  5. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon garlic butter over the top to coat.
  7. Cook for another minute, remove from heat, and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
