Instructions

- In a small saucepan, gently heat the strawberry jam or jelly with water until pourable and smooth.
- Brush the warm glaze evenly over the strawberries using a pastry brush or spoon.
- Refrigerate the tart for at least 30 minutes to allow the glaze to set.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves or a dusting of powdered sugar if desired.
