A classic graham cracker pie crust made with just three ingredients. This buttery, lightly sweet crust is easy to prepare and works perfectly for baked pies, cheesecakes, and no-bake desserts.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) if you plan to bake the crust.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar.
  3. Pour in the melted butter and mix until the crumbs are evenly moistened and resemble wet sand.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish, using the back of a spoon or measuring cup to compact it evenly.
  5. For a baked crust, bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden, then let cool completely.
  6. For a no-bake crust, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before filling.
