Description

Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad is a light and refreshing twist on the classic, made creamy with protein-rich Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise. It’s tangy, wholesome, and versatile—perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or served over greens.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup grapes or 1 apple, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
