  • ¼ cup unsalted sunflower seeds

  • 1 avocado, sliced

For the Dressing:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon pure honey

  • ½ teaspoon fine salt

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1½ cups fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, chives, basil, tarragon, and/or dill)

Instructions
