Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 large heads romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup croutons
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved or grated
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Marinate chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
- Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature). Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
- In a large bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until evenly coated.
- Top with sliced grilled chicken, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately.
